Getting Started with DocuHero

Creating Your Account

To get started with DocuHero:

  1. Visit docuhero.io and click "Start Free Trial"
  2. Enter your email, name, and create a password
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Set up your agency profile with basic information

You'll automatically get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required!

Understanding User Roles

DocuHero has four user roles:

Agency Admin

Full access to all features. Can manage team members, clients, billing, and approve documents.

Employee

Direct care workers who create voice recordings, document sessions, and submit progress notes for assigned clients.

Guardian

Family members who can view their ward's documents, receive incident notifications, and track progress.

Case Manager

External case managers who can review ISPs and progress for assigned clients but cannot create documents.

First Steps After Setup

Once your account is created:

  1. Add your first client in the Clients section
  2. Create or upload an Individual Service Plan (ISP) for the client
  3. Invite team members (employees, guardians, case managers)
  4. Assign employees to clients they'll be working with
  5. Start recording! Employees can begin documenting sessions via voice
